Canelé - /Canelé/ - is a traditional cake, born in the Bordeaux region of France. The cake has a dark brown, slightly rough appearance. This light, crispy crust with a caramel aroma will contrast with the soft, chewy filling with a strong vanilla flavor and a hint of rum aroma inside. Canelé cake according to traditional recipes will have a distinct sweetness, however, at CHOUX we have reduced and combined it with other flavors - easy to eat, more diverse in flavor for you to choose freely.
