The best gluten free pizza around! Non-GF people like it too. I've been a few times, and everything from Ciao is delicious.

Spent lots of money on each pasta entree. I got Ziti, Chicken, & Broccoli Alfredo which was gross. Frozen chicken strips made the dish unappetizing. Very disappointed

I ordered a pizza and a salad. Absolutely disgusting food. The salad was oily and burnt-tasting and had to be tossed. I ate one slice of the prosculitto pizza that was drowned in balsamic vinegar and we wound up dumping that, too. The owner's response to my message about their food was, "We offer delivery because our customers asked for it but we don't like it because we can't guarantee the food once it leaves the restaurant." We felt like we set $50 on fire.

I've had multiple good experiences at Ciao, but unfortunately through DoorDash I did not. I placed an order at 7:45 to be picked up at 8:45. I got there on time and waited inside the restaurant for 40 minutes without any notice it would take that long. Additionally, they did not have the salad I ordered so I had to settle for the house salad, which I enjoyed. Not sure if they simply did not see the order come through, or Door Dash is not a priority for them, but regardless I was disappointed with the lack of accountability on their end, especially considering a refund was not offered to me. I will stick to dining in

Ordered ahead .. still had to wait 10 minutes for a single pie .. wasnt busy at the time
I dont mind waiting for good food .. this was not worth the wait or the price
Chewy(not in the way u want pizza to be chewy)
Bland sauce(straight from a #10 can?)
Crust is flavorless aside from the burnt char
Description said fresh mozzerella(as it should be for any margherita pie) not fresh at all
Never again .. wouldnt eat here if it was free
