So it was a Tuesday night and my husband was in the mood for some BBQ, specifically Cox Brothers BBQ. I thought maybe I'd get some of their fantastic pineapple coleslaw or something but as I was scrolling, I saw "Tuesday Special - Chicken Fried Steak". I was super excited and ordered it. Ladies and gentlemen, this thing was HUGEMUNGOUS! It must weigh 50 pounds! Ok. Not THAT much but it will take a mighty appetite to finish it in one sitting. I got mashed potatoes with gravy over both and some...wait for it...FRIED OKRA! Friends, I thought I had died and gone to heaven! Everything about it was MWAH! CHEF'S KISS Thinking about ordering? DO IT!!!

Items were delicious but we got what was basically three pieces of meat and a tiny cup of our sides in our Three Meat Platter. Mac and Mac & Jack Cheese was also good but was not enough to make it worth the extra five bucks.

Amazing Kansas bbq!! drove through from colorado and tried it. best beans, n brisket ivr ever had. wow!! rest was tasteful too A+++ recommend !!! if youre in area.

We ordered take out and paid a lot for not great food. The brisket, sausage and mac and cheese had very little flavor. Hubs said it tasted like the meat had sat out for awhile. The baked potato wasn't done. The only redeeming dish was the sidewinder fries. Definitely not willing to pay this much for food that was subpar.

Very disappointing meal! The only decent item was the mashed potatoes. The green beans were overcooked mush, the entree was amply breaded so there was lots of crunch but the meat was flavorless and the gravy not much better. I would never order this again.
