• 10/10/23Let me start by saying they Taste Amazing! They are also quite large, and very soft and gooey... However I feel like they are a bit pricey (I'm sorry! Don't come for me ) I understand you have a business to run and everyone is dealing with economic struggles but may I make a suggestion? It would be great to see some kind of offer for locals...Or neighbors ? Like maybe buy 2 get 1 or something like that or a digital punch card program (you may already have this but I've only ordered delivery and I maybe I'm unaware)... I think It would even draw in more business in and offset any loss you feel you might have. I really wish I could afford to enjoy your delicious cookies more often and even share them with friends or for special occasions! Thank you for entertaining my feedback. Cheers!

• 4/9/24I ordered a single as a birthday surprise and paid an additional dollar for Happy Birthday wrapping. I received two stickers that said Happy Holidays. How embarrassing... for a $12 cookie gift this was not cool.

• 6/12/25I paid $30 for a 4 pack of cookies. Then my box comes to me with only 3. I attempt to resolve this with customer service and I am told that there is nothing they can do. I am expected to pay full price, but I don't receive what I paid for.

• 20/9/24Pumpkin was meh. Chocolate chunk was ok but not like the Cakey bigger sizes. Not worth the price.
