The house chips and guac are tasty and the Carlos' Platter had good, authentic mole sauces on the enchiladas. The habanero salsa was tangy with slow, spicy heat and the house salsa was spicy and slightly smoky. We enjoyed our dinner.:)

Flight of 3 salsas was an amazing deal! Huge bag of hot flaky chips and three large tubs of salsa (one was guacamole because I paid a dollar more). The guacamole tub on its own was worth $6!

Best little hidden gem in Longmont. The Crispy Cauliflower tacos are phenomenal. The price point is fantastic. DONT WALK, RUN and get you some!

Chipotle or qdoba is better. Guacamole is disgusting. Chips are ok (again fast food is better), black beans and rice and kids quesadilla are good. Ingredients are just poor quality. Save money and order Chipotle or Qdoba

Part of our order was for someone gluten free due to an allergy, and they clearly marked on the bag that the chips were fried in the same fryer as gluten containing items. The food was amazing, and this added information was really above and beyond what I usually expect from restaurants. Very appreciative!
