The pizza I received was severely burnt and not edible. The crust is completely black and charred all the way around, and the pepperoni and cheese are overcooked to the point of being burnt. It tastes bitter and looks nothing like a properly prepared pizza. This was clearly left in the oven too long and does not meet quality standards. I’m requesting a refund for this order.
