• 4/3/25The manager Monica went above and beyond to reassure me that my food wasn't tampered with by putting stickers on each container and every bag like I asked. She also gave me extra breadsticks and strawberry cheesecake for free which I wasn't expecting. Not to mention everything was hot, fresh and good!

• 13/3/25Fettuccine Alfredo was mushy and the sauce had little flavor. Not even as good as a jar from the store. The broccoli tasted terrible. It had a very offputting flavor. It was packaged well is about the only positive.

• 20/4/22Sub par Italian food- great for being cheap and fast. The breadsticks were delicious. I knocked another star off because they carelessly packaged my hot dinner with a cold salad and cheesecake instead of in separate bags which resulted in wilted lettuce and half melted dessert.

• 15/12/22Spaghetti was great but for some reason half of the times I get fazolis both dine in and delivery, the breadsticks are just really dry, sometimes almost crunchy. Which is sad because the breadsticks are basically the best part of fazolis.

• 21/6/22no ranch sauce with wings, 10 breadsticks instead of 12 ordered, alfredo was very dark and did not taste right.
