The Italian sub has like one piece of salami and pepperoni, and a pound of ham. They put so much dressing on it, that the bread is a pile of mush and unedible. Definitely not made with care, or worth 14 bucks.

We split a large Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ sub and it was delicious. The turkey was fresh, the ranch dressing complimented it well with the bacon. The baked potato soup was the usual soup that you get in a restaurant. The brownie was chewy and chocolatey.

I really like firehouse. I get a sub every week lately there has been barely and ham on my sandwiches . That's the main reason I get them is for the ham . Now I just have to check my sub everytime to make sure there is meat 2x I had togo back because there wasnt any at all .

The Italian sandwich is usually pretty good but this time they added way too much oil and dressing. The bottom of the bread was completely soaked through. I wish there was an option to select light oil and dressing since there are times that it's way too much and theres no way to select or request this. I think there also may have been some onion in the lettuce when there shouldnt have been

My Firehouse Steak & Cheese® fell apart as soon as I took my first bite. The meat was not up to the quality I expect and, although I requested it, there was mustard on my Firehouse Steak & Cheese® . My husband seemed to like his Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™
