We ordered a meatball sub and they brought us a piece of bread and still charged us $19 for it. I called and told them they forgot the meatballs an sauce they claime we ordered it that way. Would not let me speak to a manager nor make me a new sandwich. I eat here a lot as well asord butnot anymore.

The subs were great. However the pickles were missing. The dumpling soup did not have very many dumplings if any at all.

It was okay, I ordered a hot sandwich but I got it cold so I just toasted it myself but it sort of ruined the experience and it didn't taste as good as it normally does. I was disappointed which was upsetting because firehouse has always been my favorite sub place.

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ sand modified with no bacon and they put bacon on half of it. I ordered a bowl of loaded potato soup and they give me a cup. I ordered a bottle of sprite and did not receive it. Overall this store has a really hard time following orders. Wont be ordering from them again.

The Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was nasty. Way to much mayo which made the bread soggy and it was sweet.
