The Mac and cheese was excellent, and the Lemon Pepper Fish Sandwich had a generous portion of tasty crispy fish. But why is it so impossible to get a straw with my drink?? This is five times in a row that it hasn't been included!

I order a WHOLE coconut cream pie. Once again, they were out of coconut cream. I was messaged by the Dasher that they were our and I agreed to pecan pie as a replacement. I was then sent 1 lousy, burnt slice of pecan pie for $15. Definitely NOT adequate.

we choose for extra tarter sauce on the side for the fish and we did not get any. Also there is no area to order ketchup or condiments, even when you order french fries .
and we ordered regular fries, there was around 10 small fries total, like for a little kids meal, but we paid $3.75 for an adult size.

In past visits this location has been difficult: missing food, rudeness to drivers, etc. However, my most recent experience was 5 stars! Everything was hot and tasty! They were out of chicken tenders but they subbed it for my exact request, and cooked it up in record time!

Norwood, Oh. Always bad. Burgers are borderline burnt. One big boy had both burgers on bottom bun with middle and top bun together.
