I was disappointed that instead of the Expresso Coffee gelato I ordered, I was sent Hazelnut. Also, at the price of $1.50, I thought I was ordering one of your wonderful waffle cones. That was my mistake---but to charge $1.50 for a SMALL sugar cone is outrageous ! I've always had lots of praise for your business--but am very disappointed by this price for a small cone. You have always been TOP on our list for excellent gelato and ice cream. I hope this price can be adjusted for your customers.

Incredible hazelnut ice cream. The price is the only reason for the loss of a star because it's very expensive, but the ice cream itself is really amazing. Miss the old store in Palo Alto.

The double chocolate is delicious. The bananas, nut I caramel pint was pretty melted, and did not taste as good. I was surprised because usually Gelataio pints arrive firm, and in a good state of frozen. This was the first time I ordered this banana flavor; maybe it was in the consistency of this one gelato. I immediately put it in my freezer and hope it will taste better & with more flavor today, when it is firmly frozen.

The double chocolate and Tahitian Vanilla are super delicious ! Service delivery is always good, on time, and ice cream is still frozen.
