Their bubble waffles are to die for!!! Especially when you can go in-person and get it with the oolong ice-cream but even the waffle alone is delicious.

I like the taste of GongCha. Specially large cup Perl milk tea. It's made from Sri Lankan black tea. So good.

Boba not as good as normally is , not sure if it's because it's the end of the night or what but the pearls were so hard to chew ..

Love the waffles, but beware when ordering the bubble teas. Most of the time, they forget to include the straws!! Cost cutting?
