The Garlic Chicken Plate was crispy! Not a ton of garlic flavor for my taste, but tasty! and the corn is a nice touch.

Really, really disappointing meal. I think every single item was a let down. Soba noodles were very mushy. Tempura was over-breaded. Teriyaki chicken and butterfish did not taste fresh. Pickled veggies were old. Even the fountain soda was flat. They seemed super busy so maybe it was just a rush job. This review only relates to the quality of the food - restaurants get busy and I don't mind a long wait but this meal was really poor quality overall. Do not recommend.
