Ordered through DoorDash for self pickup. The order was to be ready by 12 noon. I arrived at 12:05 pm and after waiting for 8-10 minutes while hostess/server assisted 2 guests ahead of me with their call-ahead orders and a couple of seated patrons, she took my info and went into the back to check. In her return, she informed me that they were just starting to prepare my order and it would be 10 minutes. This was around 12:15 pm. She brought my to-go order to me at 12:35 pm. Food (Hooters Original Style Wings) was delicious, as usual; but, the processes for to-go orders being ready to go close to the timeframe promised should be revisited.

The burger was good - but I ordered the Western burger & all I got was a bacon cheeseburger... Which I'm sure would have cost less money....
and Fyi the mini dessert is more like a super mini & only should cost about $1.50.. The hot sauce on the wings isn't hot either

Curly fries always come cold and kinda gross, but medium and daytona smoked wings are heavenly
