I haven't had HotBox in years due to not living around Indy in awhile. I was so excited when I saw Hotbox as an option during my work trip I had to order it! Pizza GREAT. Breadstix GREAT. Ranch.... not at all what I remembered. Honestly the Ranch is what had me wanting it so bad. It tasted like store bought ranch and I know y'all make it in house, so what happened? I'm so disappointed

My pizza was cold and the bottom was burnt and the the breadsticks were hard

meatballs were very overcooked. other than that it was delicious as usual!

got delivered a half cheese half deluxe but I ordered a deluxe. The other pizza I ordered was correct but for what they charged I expect both to be right
