The Sauce Flight is great! I wish there was a way to label the sauces, because they all taste delicious. The fried green beans, funky fries, coleslaw, hush puppies, and fried cheese are all tasty and flavorful. The macaroni and cheese is very good, but it is smoky tasting. I could only enjoy it in small amounts, because of that extra richness. The brioche bun is outstanding. I wish I could have assembled The Station's Signature Sandwich myself, because the bun is so good and the steam from the meat can make it damp. Now for the meat!Both the chicken and the pork are delicious. We both like the pork ever so slightly better. They are both great, and we are so glad we ordered both. The pork is rich, so sharing them was a perfect solution!

If you're going to charge us over a dollar extra for each additional sauce we order please make sure your staff knows to include them. Also an order of boxcar sliders that comes with a side, only having 6 fries taking up less than 1/4 of the tray should be a crime. The other sides look to standard sizing and portions are fine other than the fries. We'll very much enjoy what we got but thoroughly miss what we payed for and didn't.

not really a plate with two sides of okra. looks more like a plate with one side. not sure it's worth $17.

The Mac and cheese should have been baked longer, as most of the cheese wasn't completely melted. I added chicken as my protein and it tasted a little bland. Added a touch of salt and pepper to fix that though. The hushpuppies were VERY good and so was the chess pie, although the portion was a little smaller than expected.

If you like bbq, you will enjoy Howard Street BBQ Plate! Cooked to perfection and a variety of Sauces add a touch of perfection.
