• 27/4/24May actually have been the most delicious spicy miso I've ever had! The toppings are also very generous. I was especially a huge fan of the bits of pork (that melt in your mouth), and the wood ear mushrooms, which add a really refreshing texture to the experience. Will be ordering again :)

• 12/12/21Inspiration Roll in Westfield, New Jersey, always satisfies. The salads are fresh, and feature delicious food combinations. The Ramen is our go-to comfort food, and perfect as well for cold days or nights when we need a warm, nourishing pick-me up. The appetizers, like the JK Rowling fries & Confucious Nachos, are delish! (Note: As sumptuously calorie-laden as they are, we are learning to order judiciously!) Finally, the staff caters to our special requests for holding ingredients some of us can't have, and marking our meals with our initials so no one eats the wrong thing. Each order has been a family pleasing experience.

• 17/11/23I love Build Your Own because the portions are always so generous. Extra hungry tonight so I doubled the meat, and asked for extra sauce on the side. Very filling, great value.

• 6/2/23Whoever made the confucius nachos today at 3:50pm made them the best I've had to date! Bravo/a! This is probably the 20th+ order I've had and they were made absolutely perfectly today. There was the right amount of nachos, the right amount of teriyaki sauce, and not overwhelmed with spicy mayo. The cheese was melted around the nachos and not just a cold glob of cheese in the middle. After eating the tuna and guacamole there was still sauce for every nacho. Thank you!

• 28/3/24The Original Tonkotsu (Soy Based Soup)* is so good! A great portion and they give you enough of everything ! Very tasty I'm so happy with this :)
