We make each pie in house using spent grains from our distilling process and baked it to perfection in our woodfired ovens. Pizzas are sixteen inches each. Our delicious pizzas are named after the mines from where we take our name. Ironton may be a ghost town now, but in the late 1800s, it was an important transportation hub between Ouray, Colorado and the silver mining camps of the Red Mountain District.
