I was disappointed that my salad and salad dressing was in with my hot food. The salad and salad dressing were warm and the containers were pushed into my mashed potatoes. My gravy container was also shoved in my potatoes. Which is unsanitary and gross. The Oven Roasted Turkey Plate had great flavor while the Mac & Cheese had zero flavor. The bread and Fresh Baked Cookie were delicious. I have been eating at Jack's Urban Eats for decades and was surprised by the way they packed my food. Having the salad in with my Oven Roasted Turkey Plate made the container unable to close which resulted in my food being difficult to remove from the bag and had some of the meat cold.

1. Corn and rice was seared almost totally black, hard, uneatable.
2. Giant cookies were packed between fries and salad, And completely melted.
3. Measured the garlic fries; only 2/3rd of one cup.
This is very sad 😢.

very sad. I haven't eaten Jack's in a while but the portions definitely got smaller because I paid over $7 for a small McDonald size fries. The chicken was not even big enough to fill the whole Bun. So most of the Spicy Buffalo Sandwich was bread. Not sure if this is a new thing for Jax or it's because I ordered off a doordash but definitely won't do that again.

It was fantastic. The fries were hot and crispy with all the sauces on the side, each with generous portions. It was phenomenal.
