• 12/8/25I always order the same sub. Ham and salami. It's supposed to come with cheese, but I can't eat cheese bc I am allergic. I always order extra meat. So, for 1 giant sandwich, I pay about $30 in total. For a giant ham and salami and lettuce. That's it. I pay an extra at least $3.00 for "extra meat". Every time I have ordered extra meat, I haven't gotten it. That's the least they could do if I pay this much for nothing on a sandwich for $30! They shouldn't even charge me! Cheese is more expensive and I ask them for no cheese! Why not substitute? I don't think I'll be ordering from Jersey mikes anymore ... which is sad bc the food is actually good... but, I can't even get my money's worth. I have been disappointed every time I've ordered bc not 1 time have I gotten my extra meat... not once. I get one layer of ham and 1 layer of salami... after I opened my sandwich today, I had had enough of wasting my money for bread... I hope Jersey mikes does better than this in the future. You've lost a great customer who really hates having to leave you, but it's just not worth it. Very disappointing. Good luck...

• 2/4/26The #10 Tuna Fish has always been my go to and always been great but today, I was disappointed because I had large clumps of tuna pieces in my wrap as if the tuna was not mixed well during preparation!

• 29/6/26It was very little lettuce in my bowel. I had big chunks of poorly cut tomatoes. I didn't have any salad dressing.
