They delayed my order twice for 1 drink and did not follow drink orders, as the blending on the Mocha Shiver was overdone and watery. It's a shame since the drink is so yummy. It is NOT a frappe when over blended. It isn't even a shake. This is 3 times at JJ Bean that this has happened - both via delivery and in-store. It's in my freezer at this point and it will be another hour before I can enjoy it. Very disappointing. This isn't just a heat thing - this is a JJ Bean thing. Will not order from them again and likely won't go in-store anymore.
