This place has incredible food.  Order the scallion pancakes, it is the perfect comfort food.  However, we order for pick up and every single time we have ordered, there's an issue.  EVERY time.  Once, they gave my order to someone else because her name was also Allison .  Other times it's not ready on time.  Twice, they have forgotten our order.  Their take out system is terrible.  They are understaffed, the cooks just make what is ordered but puts it in the window with no indication of what is what.  Then, the front cashier has to take orders, serve the restaurant, and constantly turn around to assemble the take out orders all at once.  It's a disaster.  There needs to  be a system because this struggle won't end until it gets worked out.  So... 5 stars for food.  1 star for takeout.... evens out to 3 stars overall.

Thh spam fried rice  was SUPER MUSHY..Yuck!! .like they served spoiled rice. either it was made with too much water or it was at a point off getting spoiled, so they tried to fry it to mask it.

Didnt receive the orange chicken and the hot and sour soup had so much white pepper it was not edible
