My new go to place for subs. Fresh rolls and the ability to customize ingredients and subtract cost for items deleted made this experience awesome. Along with hot tasty french fries added without additional cost and it is the best deal around.

I just want to let you know that you have lost a pretty regular customer (3 orders since Feb). If you are going to charge me over $30 for an 8 in sub and a salad don't play with trying to skimp.I literally could have went to any sit down place with a waitress, refills and extras for that much, but I get a sub and premium salad from you and the meat is so thin its like the buddings packets you get for $1 and you gave me one slice of it, it was like a bread sandwich. I had to drag the meat from the salad to try and make half a sandwich and then my $16 salad was just some lettuce and cheap black olives. Done.

Sub par burger tasted like a bland frozen patty with no seasoning. It was slightly undercooked the bacon I paid extra for was raw with burnt edges. We ordered from JV's very often and are usually happy but this burger that I was charged over $20 for was horrible!

The apps ordering is not so straight forward, seems i paid for additional mozz on a plain cheese. Not a fan of extra cheese, or the upcharge. Cheesecake must have been a few days done, mushy crust. Loved the Tiramisu though, enough to try the plain cheese again, without checking the cheese box?

the food was spectacular, we ate it so fast that I didn't think to grab a picture!!!
Im new here and the only other place I've ordered from is/was assantes and that was divine but now I'm out of the delivery range..... this is now my go to!!!
