This was by far the best ramen we've had since moving here and the 49er roll was amazing. Highly recommend

The Shoyu Ramen itself is good but, the broth is heavy like Tonkatsu broth. You pay a dollar extra for thin noodles. So thats nice you have options. The egg is hard boiled and not soft boiled. So be aware if thats what you like.

The Veggie Shoyu Ramen was so salty I literally couldn't eat it. If you like a strong salty flavor it may be for you, but those who are sensitive to salt beware!
The Agedashi Tofu is covered in there vegetarian bonito which has a very strong flavor. I would say it is an acquired taste.

They didn't include one of the extra toppings I ordered. The garlic and chashu were burned and bitter. They sent along tartar sauce with the chicken karaage appetizer, which is NOT traditional and super gross.

Love the purple rice. ... please allow order as side dish for our toddler. Its very delish and great presentation. Love!
