lomo saltado taste so good ,also they pro me agi (Spicy sauce ) so yummy , my favorite restaurant

For what I thought I ordered, I was truly disappointed. Steak was very thin and super dry. Tallarines were tasty, but portion was small. Salad was 2 slices of potato, a slice of tomato and 1 piece of lettuce. Salad and tallarines portions were the same. Not impressed with the food

Papa à la huancaina was completely flavorless, just boiled potatoes with a yellow sauce that had absolutely no flavor.
Seco de carne was delivered with a piece of meat one the bone and had barely any meat on it. Rice was cooked with water only, no salt, no garlic, no oil.
Lomo saltado, no top sirloin was used, it was also quite flavorless.

Lomo Saltado and Causa De Pollo were good but not sure what was up with the Papa a La Huancaina. Tasted sweet for some reason. Also for the price I would've expected more Papa a La Huancaina. Would've appreciated some aji on the side also. I may try again .

The meat was boiled and tough, greasy and flavorless. The fries disintegrated into the watery, tomato seed filled broth the dish was swimming in. Rice was undercooked and crunchy and had frozen mixed veggies dumped over top. This is literally the worst version of this dish I've ever had. Definitely won't be ordering from these guys again and wish I could get my money back. It's that bad.
