A pleasant surprise! The mumbo sauce is a sweet bbq sauce, just the tiniest bit spicy. It was good on the brisket and for dipping fries. The empanada crust was thin, but held up well. The shredded brisket empanada, like everything else, was hot, fresh, and tasty. The fries were fresh and crisp, best I've had in a very long time. The apple empanada was good, a fitting dessert for a delicious, reasonably-priced meal. I'll order from Lara's again.

My third order from Lara's and it was great just as before. The Mumbo Brisket was very tasty, but my favorite remains the Pulled Pork Sliders. Even the French fries were some of the best I've had. I can't recommend their food highly enough. I ordered portions of beans and wished I could have gotten them by the quart or gallon.

I ordered from Lisa's twice in the last 10 days, and I can't recommend them enough. The Pulled Pork Sliders were amazing, just like the previous order. And I really enjoyed the Brisket Quesadilla. I even bought a jar of their Homemade Mumbo Sauce to have at home. Give them a try. Their food is the best.

First time ordering from here. Wanted to try something different. It was not at all worth the price. The "Mumbo" was the size of my toddlers hand and the bread looked pale. The quesadilla was so salty and loaded with more cheese. Should have just stuck with Dee Willie's.

Lara's is our go-to comfort meal every week. We can't get enough of the brisket Mac & Cheese, Brisket Quesadilla, and Empanadas. When our son joins us for a meal, he raves about the pulled pork sliders and fries. Honestly, everything on the menu is a home run. You will LOVE it!
