Burger was amazing as always... little pricey as it did not include a side. The price for the Onion Rings Side was disappointing... basically one dollar per onion ring and they were small and the batter was tough. Great burger... but $15 with no side is... yup

The New Braunfels salad was good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. They were out of an ingredient but I understand that happens from time to time, and I was notified in advance. The major problem was the Crispy Pickles App - if the pickles are going to be anything other than the typically expected dill, that needs to be clearly specified in the description, which it is not at the time of this writing. These tasted like Bread and Butter pickles, which was not a welcome flavor when accompanied with a traditional breading and ranch. They were also very soggy due to no holes in the top of the box and a tight bag tied over it, so they steamed themselves on the short trip over unfortunately.

Haven't ordered here since just after Covid due to their short staffing. Finally ordered again but the quality of the food changed. Always order the Greensboro because it's my favorite chicken sandwich anywhere; however this time the chicken was not as thick and the breading was not as crispy or homemade feeling. Almost $20 for a chicken sandwich and a side that seemed like it could have come out of a freezer bag.

I called the store to confirm my order because it had special instructions.
I also had my dasher ask them to confirm everything before she left.
The store still forgot the extra chipotle aioli.
The burger was pretty good, it just didn't have enough of the chipotle aioli........which is why I ordered extra because past orders of the same burger were also too dry.
