The fries were cold and hard and the Cheese Fries didn't have enough cheese for one person let alone 2. Second time eating here, first time disappointed 😞

I used to love Meatheads and I try it again once in a blue moon to see if they've gotten their act together. They definitely haven't. It's as bad or worse than gas station food but costs twice as much.

We usually get great food from Meatheads, but this order was awful. The Cajun fries were old, rubbery, cold, and had pretty much no seasoning on them. The chicken sandwich was just not very good, and they are usually my favorite.

the burger was good but the bun was completely soaking wet. as soon as I picked it up the whole thing disintegrated. ended up having to eat my burger with a fork/knife without bun. they also put way too many grilled onions on it. 2/3 of the burger was onions. will not order from here again since they don't care about the product. very sloppy
