I ordered the Waygu Smash burger as an expensive treat to myself. The burger I received in the box was 1) not remotely a smash burger 2) the patties I did receive could only be described as dry, charred meatballs. There was almost no dressing, just smeared thinly into the bun. Do not order this item, you will be disappointed.

This BBQ back ribs (BBQ Back Ribs - Full Rack)tasted like burnt charcoal, it was bitter and hard for me to finish, I had to find a different food to eat to take the taste from my mouth without brushing my teeth again.. I have liked the other meals I bought from them in the past so this was a huge disappointment 😞 😮💨

Sadly they charge $10 more for the ravioli than other restaurants do and it’s exactly the same product. It must be bought in prepared.

my Grilled Sirloin Steak (9oz) was burnt on the outsideand very over done on the inside. rice was a big sticky clump. threw most of it all out. disappointing and very expensive.
