Always so good! Staff is quick, our orders are consistently correct and delicious. The soup dumplings are awesome and the green onion pancakes are crispy and warm. Personal favorite of mine is the pan fried pork dumplings and the chicken pot stickers. First dumpling place in Pleasanton that I tried, I doubt I will ever try another. Mom's Dumplings are 10/10!

3/4 ain't too bad at all! The 招牌小笼包 (6pcs)/ Special House Pork Xiao Long Bao(6pcs) was absolutely delicious. The broth was delightfully rich and the wrapper was bouncy and sturdy while maintaining a tender texture (5/5). The 虾仁锅贴 (6pcs)/ Shrimp Pork & Chives Pot Stickers (6 Pieces) were crispy even for being delivered. A little bit greasy but that could've been attributed to the travel, I'd order it again (4/5). The 虾仁烧麦（8pcs）/Shrimp Sui Mai(6 pieces) was good as well Sui Mai isn't always my go to dish but my family loves it. Even with that being said this dish was delicious and I'd definitely order it again! Super flavorful and extra bouncy, very enjoyable dish (4.5/5). Unfortunately I did not enjoy the 云吞汤 / Wonton Soup, the broth tasted bland and felt greasy. I prefer a thinner wrapper so the thick and doughy wonton was not enjoyable to eat. I felt the texture took away from the delicious filling (3/5). Overall I am very pleased with what I received from this restaurant. This was my first time ordering so I really appreciated the quality of the food. It came fresh and hot, I look forward to ordering from here again!

绿青口/ Mussels (1LB)
The lemon pepper sauce and size of the mussels were great and was overall amazing.
小龙虾/Crawfish (1LB)
The Cajun sauce and size of the crawfish was great, but the crawfish meat itself was flavorless and dry.

2.5 stars really. Crab fried 蓝蟹炒饭/Blue Crab Fried Rice has a overwhelimg fishy flavor and is salty. 红烧牛腩面 /Beef Brisket Noodle lacks flavor but is decent with hot chili oil added. 香辣小笼包 /Spicy Pork Xiao Long Bao & 干煸四季豆 / Dry Cooked Green Beans were okay. But I've had better. For the price, I'd consider other options.
