This is our favorite Thai soup, and specifically this one from the New Krung Thai isextrwmely rich and creamy. There is a high amount of seafood that is prepared extremely well, juicy pieces that look very fresh.
The aroma of galangal and lemongrass is there but not overpowering the coconit and seafood base.
Highly recommend! 5 stars and 5 yum-yum' s

I recently ordered the Basil Fried Rice with Vegetables from New Krung Thai Restaurant through DoorDash, and I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
The delivery was prompt, and the food arrived hot and well-packaged. The portion size was generous, making it great value for money. The Basil Fried Rice was absolutely delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors. The vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection, providing a nice crunch that complemented the rice well. The seasoning was spot-on, and the basil added a wonderful aromatic touch.
Overall, the meal exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend New Krung Thai Restaurant for anyone craving authentic and tasty Thai food.

Pad Thai was very dry and not flavorful, tom yum more fishy than balanced, mostly mushrooms. Quality has gone down in the last 5 years or so unfortunately.
If you order the papaya salad to go (I did Laos style), sauce was all over the bag and leaked from the container. It was also hard to open and the dressing/sauce got everywhere after finally opening.

I've always enjoyed the food here and have been a regular customer for 20 + years. Recently ordered the Lemon Seabass . Was VERY disappointed with what they delivered. We spent $166 on the total, the Lemon Seabass is $30. When received, the fish is served on a large bed of Lettuce, with very thinly sliced Sea Bass that looked more like a small appetizer then a main coarse. Very disappointing with this order.
We've also notice that the individual dishes have less and less protein, they seem to be giving less meat per dish. Very unfortunate that choose to give less to their loyal customers as a cost savings measure.
