The cold summer noodles were good. The portion was a good value I just wish the noodles had a bit more peanut flavor in the sauce. The lamb yakitori on the other hand was perfect. It was spicy, tender and full of flavor.

The beef dish's ginger was delicious and fresh vegetables, but the gravy lacked flavor making the whole dish meh.
The shoyu broth was bland, but had good noodles and inari. The rest was less than desirable.
Crab wontons were delicious, especially with the sweet chili sauce, a very nice change from the usual sweet and sour sauce everywhere else has. Bit over priced for only 4 pieces tho.
Rice cakes had a slight sweetness to them but were difficult to chew as the consistency was sticky rubber and felt over mixed. The sweet icing sauce it came with was good tho.

The portion of the chicken teriyaki was huge, which would have been a good value, but unfortunately my chicken was very rubbery and honestly inedible I also found a random piece of beef in it. The sauce was nice and I wound up eating that with the rice and vegetables. Maybe it was just an off day? Really liked the mushroom yakitori, but it's like 2 small mushrooms skewered so be prepared for that. $4 seems a little steep on that.

Second time I've had ramen from NUDO...second time I've ever had ramen. Have nothing to compare it to, but the Tonkotsu is AMAZING. The broth is so rich and layered. Very nice on a cold night.

Good was great but all the flavors were off this order. Spicy miso was watered down, eel was extra extra bold, and the lamb lacked seasoning.
