As a traveling salesman, Jim O'Toole supported his family and frequently found himself in the peaceful Southern town of Richmond, Virginia.
O'Toole's is still a family affair with strong Irish origins…
The fried mushrooms were crispy and flavorful. The liver and onions were excellent and plentiful. The salad was plentiful and good. There were a couple of problems: They didn't receive the order, the wrong side was sent, and the roll was submerged in the onion gravy. The food was still good.

There was a lot of meat. There were two pieces of liver. The liver was tender with plenty of gravy. The green beans and salad were good. The cheesecake was tasty.

The salad was large and good. The potatoes did not have any flavor. The liver was over cooked. There was a lot of meat. I was very disappointed.

O'Tooles Buffalo Chicken Wrap never disappoints. This is probably the best chicken wrap I've had. Chicken is crispy and it isn't drenched in the Buffalo sauce. It's just right!

The French Dip was good, the tots for the side needed a little more time to get a good crisp. The fries that came with the tenders were barely cooked at all, looked like raw potato. Completely unacceptable with how those turned out.
