Definitely easily one of the better Bún bò Huế around town and Seattle. Was craving BBH and this one surprised me in the best way. Portion size was great and had all the cuts of meats. Will definitely get again

The Pho Ga was excellent! I  asked for no onions which I received,  the portion size was large although I just ordered the standard size. I ordered fresh rolls which were amazing and a decent size peanut sauce to go with them.   :)

It was  just fine. Things are properly packaged. Have your own big bowl ready if you get pho.  The P11. Pho Ga (Chicken Noodle Soup) was a little bland. The French bread was very good even if my S3. Beef Banh Mi was light on meat and had surprise mayonaise. A2. Fresh Spring Rolls (2) were just fine.

My go to pho place around here! I'm from San Jose and and there's so many pho/Vietnamese restaurants there's so I'm a bit picky with my pho. After trying this pho for the first time, I go no where else. I also love that they have crunchy beef fat as a meat add on. Their banh mis are also so delicious. I usually get the pork and the short rib one and the meat is marinated so well! Also, just recently added calamari to my line as well and it's a good one, the rings are so huge/meaty and outside is perfectly crunchy.

What I ordered: Pho with meatballs/rare steak & a rice dish with grilled pork.

My recent order would be rated a 1 star, however, the rice was edible.

Everything else was poorly executed, the pork was barely grilled ,was the size of a child's palm, and the fish sauce looked and tasted  like water with orange food coloring.  The entire dish was flavorless.

For the pho, meatballs were missing and broth lacked substance and flavor.

I want to support this local business but I can't and will not order again.
