Vermicelli entrées are prepared with soft extra-fine white noodles and served in a big bowl with fresh lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, carrots, and peanuts. Top with your choice of meat and served with fish sauce for a delicious alternative to hot soup. Fish sauce may be substituted with our delicious sweet garlic or vegetarian fish sauce.
