
Our gourmet sandwiches, with the exception of the Pho dip, are prepared with pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, cucumber, sliced jalapeno, and our *home-made egg-based sandwich spread. *Our sandwich spread is made with raw egg. Consuming raw or under cooked egg may increase your chance of food-borne illness.
A traditional staple of Vietnam, Pho is a delicious rice-noodle soup with choice of meat, along with green onion, yellow onion, and cilantro sided with basil, beansprouts, jalapenos, and a wedge of lime. Our family recipes are made from scratch right here in our kitchen.
Bún is a delicious noodle salad served at room temperature with choice of meat sautéed with yellow onion and garlic, served on a bed of vermicelli noodles, mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts topped with cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, crushed peanuts, and fried shallots. Served with nuoc mam sauce.
A delicious teriyaki plate cooked with your choice of meat served with jasmine rice and a side of steamed vegetables, including broccoli, cabbage, carrots, zucchini, and squash.
Vietnamese style fried rice has a unique flavor of crab seasoning, and includes mixed vegetables, scrambled egg, and choice of meat, topped with cilantro for garnish.
