Pho to Chau

Fresh rice noodles are served with bean sprout, basil, hot pepper, and lemon as condiment.

Topping is served with vermicelli on top of a vegetable bed of bean sprout, cucumber, and chopped lettuce, adjust to taste of either a condiment of diluting fish sauce or soy sauce.
