The steak burgers are good but they don't put any condiments in the bag. The onion rings are good-very crispy, and my fiancé loves the Chili Mac.

Half a cup filled with milkshake wasn't filled up no whip cream either, asked for large fry and got a small in a large container with half a bottle of salt. Never have had an issue before

The Steak and Shake off Tuttle is terrible. Always something wrong. This time it was burnt burgers. Someone actually looked at a crunchy, blackened burgers and still served.
Wondering if it's the same person who gave me a fork for my chili

No Diet Coke. All of the buns were so hard especially the bottoms. Couldn't even eat. The tops were dry and stale. Horrible food

I havent had steak n shake in a hot second but their burgers suck now. They remind me of mcdonalds.. super dry burger and not what i remembered them to be :/
