Suishin Sushi is my favorite sushi spot in Folsom. The Off The Hook roll is perfection, the sashimi always tastes fresh, and the rolls are big portions.

Hard pass. Sushi rice is way too sweet. The Rock and Roll had the content size of a maki but w double the amount of rice --- one of those obnoxiously large rolls you can't fit in your mouth, but the filling portion didn't match the size. Veggie tempura was meh. Tried one piece and the veggie was undercooked and hard to bite through. Hopefully, the other pieces are better (but I'm not keeping my hopes up). Would not recommend and won't try again. Only thing I can give credit for is that this place was more affordable than the other available sushi options on DD for Memorial Day.

The 16 piece Sashimi (16 Pc) is not worth it in my opinion. 16 pieces of thinly sliced fish with nothing special on a bed of ice for $35? Wild.

Thought i would try this place...aaaand it didnt disappoint! Thick sashimi with ice carefully wrapped to keep cool, great selection of nigiri plus excellent presentation of the rolls.

Good value, great quality & always pleasant staff when I do happen to go in store. Highly recommend!
