Rich Pork Belly Tam was amazing. I especially loved the pork, but the rice, the veggies, the quiche were all great. i added ploy sauce, and it comes with fish sauce, both very glod, although I barely used them as it had so much flavor already it wasn't needed, I'll save it for another dish.

My last two orders were pretty bad. The rice was super mushy, like porridge. The portions also get smaller and smaller, and they especially skimp out on pork belly.

The Rich Pork Belly Tam was delicious! I was scared getting pork belly but it was cooked perfectly and so flavorful!
