The tri tip and brisket are so good and so flavorful on its own that, in my opinion, you don't need bbq sauce, chef's kiss. That baked potato, biggest baked potato ever, cooked to perfection, chef's kiss. The garlic bread could have been cooked a little longer, but I honestly can't complain because it was still delicious with real chunks of garlic. My husband and I LOVE this place.

It is REALLY hard to find a good BBQ spot in San Jose. Had no idea until we did that this location is the same owners/family as others in the Bay Area. Food is fresh, They are consistent across all the locations we've been. So happy they chose to place a location in my area! Love their brisket (its always cooked to perfection and never dry), garlic bread, cornbread, mac n cheese, local sodas & beer! Def my new go to for BBQ!

BBQ Spud is truly a meal in itself. Huge potato loaded with your choice of meat with cheddar, green onions, sour cream and butter. Tonight I picked the BBQ chicken, but I've also had the brisket and pork. You can't go wrong!

Ordered a Brisket Meal , BBQ Spud , Mac and Cheese , and Garlic Bread. I am so ordering the BBQ Spud again! Its like the size of a dinosaur egg! And the toppings just make it epic! The tri tip was perfect, but I need to try out the brisket next.
