I used to love this place but the last couple times we have gotten it the quality is not great. For one the amount you get has gotten less and less but the price has risen. I ordered the same meal recently and this time when I ordered it, it came without fries. I then found out they no longer come with fries you have to order that separate. The photos need to be changed as it confusing since there is fries in the photo and you're still paying the same price.

Ordered sprite with my meal, its out of syrup. Portion for price is disappointing. Chicken strips on sanwhich are thin, broken and slightly burnt. First time i ordered from this place was phenomenal. They either hired new people or just sincerely dont care any more.

3 pathetic tenders pounded paper thin, breaded and overcooked. $2.00 worth of chicken for 10 bucks and NO FRIES lol. Trash

the chicken in my Chicken Bacon Avocado Wrap - A La Carte was cold and hard. stale tasting. my husband said the same thing for his 3 Piece Chicken - A La Carte I'm sad to see the new fries.. their old fries were amazing. my husbands Starry was not Starry. it was some kind of soda water, which is rather disappointing when you're expecting Starry. but the dragon fruit sauce was on point. sad to see there are meal options for the prices on the menu...
