when I say I was worried about how much food they were gonna give and I was thoroughly impressed and the food was phenomenal. literally my favorite spot to order from for work.

One of my favorite restauraunts, all their food is amazing and taco ria will never be as good. You get everything you order, and it gives you all the proportions you could possibly need. I will forever love this restaurant and will miss it after it closes. One of the things I will never forget is how fresh their chicken is, I taste the grill flavor in every bite. This is not even bias, it's just that good. Tito's if your reading, pls don't close and if you still do, know that summit will miss your amazing food.

Portions sizes around dinner time vary drastically depending on the day. My last two visits the burrito bowl was only half of the container. I'd expect a little bit larger portions for an $18 burrito bowl, and not being hungry within an hour of eating.
Aside from that, the quality of the ingredients and flavor is always consistent.

Chicken Empanadas: delicious
Shrimp taco: 2 baby shrimp in a tortilla...
chicken taco: different chicken than the empanada???? Frozen chicken for the taco but seasoned pulled chicken for the empanada. Not good.

I heard they are closing. So sad. They are far above many other places with quality and portions. They will be missed!!
