• 29/7/26Forgot an item once and received the incorrect item once. I order frequently and those were the only issues I've had. Smoothies are tasty and freshly made. Sandwiches are very good. Quality of food and drinks are exceptional.

• 10/9/25My favorite smoothie, it's fresh, tasty & not over sweetened. They always get it right. The hummus wrap has been an excellent lunch choice for a while now. Good stuff.

• 21/7/23The smoothies are good but nothing is ground breaking that justifies -the smaller portions for a greater price- & that -small portion but pricier goes for everything ive tried on their menu. Especially the sandwiches the portions are comedically small for $12 especially protein wise its very underwhelming and honestly not filling. The chips are really good and that helps justify it I guess. Essentially if there was anything exquisite about the food and its taste or it was even a reasonable amount I wouldn't have any complaints, but you're basically getting a very basic sandwich that you could easily make yourself even if he you burn water but for the price of some thing that's better than Panera for instance, it just makes it hard to choose to order from this place over others where there is more bang for my buck and honestly more flavor. I do really love the watermelon Mojito smoothie and I also really like the peanut butter & banana flatbread although it is $8 & also small. But business wise im sure their profit margins are insane so good for them. I've never found myself craving anything ive ever tried besides literally the pb&b flatbread which I just then make at home. Or the current limited time watermelon smoothie because it's very good , flavorful, and not just the same basic smoothie sold anywhere else for less money in a bigger portion. Summary- it's okay. Not just okay, very okay, it's okay! (in my encouraging mom who knows shes sugarcoating what shes saying voice) It's fine. Just. Fine. & just.. slightly mediocre.. I'm sorry.. but I'm also not- if you're gonna charge like you serve high quality food from ingredient (which seem fresh and good quality which is awesome) to TASTE, and then hand out a child size sandwich that would leave the child still hungry for $11. We all know eating healthier can be more expensive but honestly the healthiest thing about their food is that the majority if not the entirety of their menu is dishes that contain only a handful of ingredients just like their smoothies but it at least makes more sense for some classic simple smoothies. it's just so boring but it's pretty safe as far as its just the 1-4 ingredients it lists essentially so there wont be any surprises of flavors. I just have a hard time understanding why lack of ingredients and small portions equals greater expense to the consumer.. no hate but are you growing these vegetables out back or something? Just know you can rely on spending a lot of money to get something you probably arent that excited for and continue to get less excited once you realize how bland it is, and potentially leave still hungry while they only offer like two side options so if I for example want to actually be full I have to order another whole 10-15$ dish essentially- same with my friends, partner, it can be embarassing to certain people with food struggles) (also I have anatomically a smaller stomach and weigh 160 5'8 F so it takes nothing to make me full so im beyond shocked & cant imagine a 250 6ft man leaving satisfied. Maybe it's just not meant for me but last summary for the tangent of a novel is. You get what you get- and what you get is small. Its alright (def have to self season things like eggs but I guess that's just like every senior citizen loved breakfast all day serving diners and I guess now cafes ) but no reason to pay extra money Chocolate café for example that will give you more bang for your buck with the most amazing dishes and flavor from a cafe they're also on door dash located in grandview highly recommend out of all cafes I've tried in columbus. & ive tried and tried to like Tropical and I dont hate it but everytime I know I absolutely wasted my money & should have just bought groceries for my partner and I instead for the entire week. Great place if you want something small and not overly filling or flavorful ( like before a work out or while having tummy issues) AND you also have disposable income.

• 28/1/24Chicken on flatbread and wrap was cold and rubbery, instructions on food (extra cheese and no tomato) weren't followed even though we were charged extra for them. smoothies weren't with the order at all. overall incredibly disappointing and would not order again.

• 31/7/23Expensive for what you get (smaller portions hiked DD prices. Food was good, although does charge a vegan tax for plant based protein. Smoothie was great, not sure of the nutritional value
