• 17/12/22Amazing food and they always give me a bit extra when I ask politely. Prices are reasonable and service is much better than the other busy restaurants. The staff is always willing to listen and are super gracious to feedback. I'm a loyal customer.

• 24/3/23I had ordered food from Ugadi on Ugadi (Indian festival) thinking it would be appropriate for our celebration instead I was throughly disappointed.
Food was not good overall and I had to reorder from Madras Food court to make up for the inedible food.
The main component of the two Ugadi Thalis which is the rice were missing. The remaining items were not good and not authentic.
I had ordered Poori and aloo masala for my young sons but they had fried the Pooris in a spicy oil (probably old oil that they would've fried something spicy in) and the Aloo masala was missing.
The samosa chaat had 1/4 th of the container filled with raw pungent onions and tomatoes which was chopped big. The chole was not good either.

• 27/8/22Ordered Dinner Thali. The Dosa was dry and hard. It is better if it is packed in a box. The chutneys are hardly touching the bottom of the small container. Can't they serve little more chutney, to be sufficient for the Dosa??

• 1/3/25We ordered the Poori thali , Chaat Samosa, and Sambar Vada. They were all bad. This is the first encounter in 30 years with bad Indian food in the Bay Area. The food was several days old and reheated. I dont recommend this restaurant when there's so many good Indian restaurants that serve fresh food in the area.

• 7/5/22I didn't get poori curry, i got sambar, paneer an fryums which are not expected, i got only 2 poori and they are very oil (dont take me wrong more oil than normal poori) but i git some rice in a cup it tasted very very very yummy!!!
