The burger wasn't all that nice although the truffle fries were great! what a waste of money meat was undone. No ketchup or nothing in the bag

Received the wrong order, ordered 2 burgers and 1 onion ring. Only received 1 burger and fries that I didn't order. Food arrived later than it should've and food was cold. Burger was not anything special, I would've rather had McDonald's at this point. Really disappointing

The The Umami Burger and the Cheesy Potato Tots were completely inedible. The burger bun was stale and too hard to bite into. The cheesy tots were cold.
