I'm just baffled by how adorable this delivery was. The drinks came out in this adorable pink bag that's thermal to keep our beverages cold - like seriously? Any other place has just thrown the bobas inside a plastic bag. I got two drinks that were identical and they put two different (adorable) lids that make it easy to tell what drink belongs to which person. AND on top of that the bobas were sooooo fresh and delicious. Incredibly thoughtful and yummy experience. Count me in as a new regular!

we ordered ahead for pickup and upon arrival still had to wait as long as if we'd ordered in store. it's unexpectedly dingy and dirty inside, both customer side and kitchen side. the mini tenders are tough and chewy, the curly fries shut up in a box so they steamed themselves limp, and the "no spicy" popcorn chicken seems to have gotten a large handful of spicy pieces mixed in for an unpleasant game of roulette. there's too much good boba in the south bay to come here again.

Got these as treats while studying, the packaging was brilliant and kept them nice and cold. The mochi was packaged separate so it wasnt soggy, which I loved. It's delicious and a good sized cup for a medium

Amazing tea omg. And the cups are so adorable. The flavor and taste of my tea was so good and so was the boba. Will be ordering again!

It seems the employees aren't trained properly, because the level of consistency especially regarding the fried octopus drastically changes everytime I order. Last time it was perfect, the time before was so-so, the first time was decent, this time it was so improperly made there were whole portions that were untouched by the oil due to how thick unevenly coated the octopus was--so yes there were parts that were undercooked.
