Honestly really disappointing. Im not sure about how they handle their fish, or maybe this is a serving style, or maybe just how they serve delivery customers, or maybe just bad timing.
I would describe many of the fish served in the omakase as unpleasantly oily, without flavor or with a bitter or unpleasant taste.
I have no idea what the issue is but I avoided eating half of it and at $90 that is painfully disappointing.
I would suggest ordering one of their smaller sushi dishes and evaluating if you like it before balling

Fish was fresh tasting but the rolls (maybe it was just the rice) were dry in a weird way. They did not send the little soy sauce trays or the low sodium soy, which is pretty disappointing as I expect that from pretty much every sushi place.

Just ok. Annoyed they didn't provide chopsticks. Fish quality in the omakase was mixed. They ignored my request for no squid. The silverfish was terrible. Spit it out right away. Yellowtail and tuna were pretty good. Fell short of expectations overall.

Missing item, also felt like a ripped off to pay $8 for broccoli in a 2"W* 1"H container.
