I like how they put some love in to the packaging. Food was really good too. Looked great, tasted great.

Sushi nigiri was.... tiny
Hand rolls were generous.
Overall fresh and tasty.
Miso Soup was too salty and very few tofu and kombu.

I really wanted to like this place since it was right around the corner from my Mom's... but womp womp. I placed the order at 1:45ish and was told it would be ready by 2:30... went in to get it around 2:50 and it was not ready... was told 30 more min. Called ahead and still not ready, so went in at 3:40 and still not ready, finally got my order and back into the car at 4! That's crazy, my lunch became my dinner. The San Diego Roll had a sourness to it I couldn't get behind, the Miso Soup was bland... and the Sushi Combo 1 had handrolls with barely any meat in it :/ So the fish was not bad but it was not great and all the other issues made me super disappointed and there was not even an offer for the wait, not even a drink while I waited. I believe in second chances so maybe I will try again...big maybe.

The sushi was good and the fact that they put two rolls into one container for to go orders is nice
