I was a little nervous with the reviews being what they are but I went for it and was pleased. I got the 1 Meat and 3 Sides with fried chicken, macaroni, greens, and squash casserole. I have no complaints and will definitely order again. The Peach Cobbler was also pretty good. Would get it again as well.

I ordered the Oxtails Rice & 2 Sides. My sides were Mac and cheese with the candied yams. The oxtails were okay, they were tender but didn't have much flavor and were a little fatty. The Mac and cheese was like a better tasting KFC mac, not baked. The Mac tasted a lil better with some of the oxtail gravy on it. The candied yams were the best thing on the plate for me, some of them were a little stringy but they were really good. The sweetness was on point. The portion size for the sides were good, i got 4 decent sized oxtails. The amount of rice and gravy was good as well. All in all i would say that it was overpriced compared to other restaurants that serve oxtails. The Peach Cobbler started off good but there was an overall greasy sort of aftertaste that didn't belong.

First time going here. I was given lima beans instead of the purple hull peas I ordered. I went back in to tell them and the guy didnt check in the back first to see if they wre out or not he just told me that they must be out. when I got home my chicken was nasty and gooey stuff all through it so gooey I had to spit it out and wash the stuff off my hand. The beans I didn't ask for was nasty also included those yams. Horrible first experience. They shouldve said before time that they had ran out of the peas
